Meet Stefan

I’ve been involved in the fitness industry for over 20 years, starting out as a personal trainer before spending the next decade educating and mentoring trainers around the world.

During that time, I lectured internationally, helped develop education programs that have reached over 10,000 trainers globally, and completed my Master’s degree in Exercise & Sports Science at the University of Sydney.

Over the years, I’ve worked with everyone from everyday people wanting to regain their confidence and energy, to high-level physique competitors and fitness professionals looking to take their training to the next level.

These days, I work mainly with people in their mid-30s and beyond who are looking to get back into their physical prime without falling into the cycle of extremes, burnout, or constantly starting over.

As I’ve gotten older myself, my focus has shifted more toward building a physique and lifestyle that not only looks good, but is also sustainable, high-performing, and realistic to maintain long term.
